| Abstract: | يعتبر رأس المال الفكري من الموارد لأساسية التي تحقق للمؤسسة للنجاح و تضمن لها الاستمرارية في ظل إقتصاد المعرفة أين برزت أهميته كمورد استراتيجي و هو أحد أهم الأصول غير مادية المساهمة في امتلاك الميزة التنافسية. فالقيمة الحقيقية للمؤسسة تكمن في رأس مالها الفكري الذي يظهر من خل أبعاده الثلاث (رأس مال البشري ،الهيكلي ، و العلاقاتي) و قدرة توظيفها للمعرفة عن طريق رأس المال البشري باعتباره أغلى موجودات المؤسسة و مصدر الابتكاروالابداع مما يؤدي الى تحقيق أداء عالي ، وبالتالي تحسين قدرتها التنافسية كما اصبحت هذه الاصول شرطا اساسيا لاستثمارات المؤسسة. |
| Description: | The intellectuel capital is one of the min resources that realizes success to the factory (company)and assurtes its contnuation under the economy of knowledge where appeared its importance as a strategic resource as well as anessential non –materualistic assets . Whiche contribute in possessing the competitive feature. The real value of the factory is in its intellectual financial capital winchs occurs thronghont its 3 dimensions:the human financial ;structural ,nd relational capital besides ,it is in its ability of engaging the knowledge through the human financial capital as being the most valuable objects of the factory and as source of innovation and creaturty thus ,his latter leads to achieving a high performance , then improving its capacity of competivty hese assets become a fundamental condition of the factory investments |
