| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر رأس المال الفكري من الموارد لأساسية التي تحقق للمؤسسة للنجاح و تضمن لها الاستمرارية في ظل إقتصاد المعرفة أين برزت أهميته كمورد استراتيجي و هو أحد أهم الأصول غير مادية المساهمة في امتلاك الميزة التنافسية. فالقيمة الحقيقية للمؤسسة تكمن في رأس مالها الفكري الذي يظهر من خل أبعاده الثلاث (رأس مال البشري ،الهيكلي ، و العلاقاتي) و قدرة توظيفها للمعرفة عن طريق رأس المال البشري باعتباره أغلى موجودات المؤسسة و مصدر الابتكاروالابداع مما يؤدي الى تحقيق أداء عالي ، وبالتالي تحسين قدرتها التنافسية كما اصبحت هذه الاصول شرطا اساسيا لاستثمارات المؤسسة. | en_US |
