| Abstract: | توضح هذه الدراسة الأهمية البالغة للأجر سواء على مستوى المؤسسة او على مستوى الفرد، فمن جهة المؤسسة تعتبر وسيلة لجذب الكفاءات المناسبة والمحافظة عليها وأكثر من ذلك زيادة الانتاج وبالتالي تحقيق اهدافها، اما بالنسبة للفرد فيمثل وسيلة لاشباع الاحتياجات المختلفة للفرد،والمناسبة للشعور بالتقدير من قبل المنظمة التي يعمل بها ودرجة رضا الفرد عن عمله تتوقف الى حد كبير عن قيمة مايحصل عليه نقدا وعينا ، ان العناية بتحديد الأجر العادل والاهتمام بوضع سياسة رشيدة للأجور وملحقاتها، تعتبر من عوامل نجاح برامج إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة وهذا مايخلق علاقة جيدة بين العاملين والإدارة، إذ ان كثير من الاحصائيات تشير الى معظم الخلافات العمالية مع الإدارة سببها الأجر، على اعتبار ان الأجر يتوقف عليه المستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للعاملين. |
| Description: | This study illustrates the extreme importance of wages, whether at the level of the institution, or at the level of the individual. On the one hand, the institution is considered a means to attract and maintain the right talent, and more than that, to increase production, and thus achieve its goals. As for the individual, it represents a means of satisfying the various needs of the individual, which is appropriate for the feeling of appreciation by the organization in which he works, and the degree of the individual’s satisfaction with his work depends to a large extent onthe value of what he receives in cash and in kind. Paying attention to determining a fair wage and developing a rational policy for wages and its accessories is one of the factors for the success of human resource management programs in the organization, and this creates a good relationship between employees and management, as many statistics indicate most labor disputes. |
