| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح الفرق بين الخدمات المصرفية التقليدية والإسلامية المقدمة في البنوك الجزائرية،و لتحقيق الغرض المرجو من هذه الدراسة قمنا باستخدام منهج التحليل الإحصائي بحيث تم جمع البيانات عن طريق تقديم أسئلة لموظفي القطاع البنكي في ولاية تيارت والبالغ عددهم 32 موظف،لتتم معالجة هذه البيانات باستخدام المركبات الأساسية ACP و التي تتماشى مع هذا النوع الإستكشافي من الدراسات،ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها هي أن الخدمة المصرفية الإسلامية تمتاز بالجودة إذا كانت مقدمة بشكل سريع و سهلة الوصول إليها و مفهومة بينما الخدمة المصرفية التقليدية جودتها تكون من جودة الموظفين،أي كلما حافظ الموظفون على الإتصال الجيد بالعملاء و تميزوا بالكفاءة و الجدارة زادت جودة الخدمة المصرفية. |
| Description: | This study aims to clarify the difference between traditional and Islamic banking services provided in Algerian banks, and to achieve the desired purpose of this study, we used the statistical analysis method, so that data were collected by submitting questions to the 32 employees of the banking sector in the state of Tiaret, in order to address these issues. The data using the basic components ACP and that are in line with this type of exploratory studies, and one of the most important results reached is that the Islamic banking service is characterized by quality if it is provided quickly, easily accessible and understandable, while the traditional banking service its quality is the quality of the staff, that is, the more it maintains The employees are in good contact with customers and are distinguished by their efficiency and merit. The quality of banking service has increased. |
