dc.description	This study aims to know the level of health services provided to beneficiaries in health institutions by evaluating the quality of health services provided in Yusuf Damerji Hospital, by distributing a tested and controlled questionnaire form that included the dimensions of health services quality, for the purpose of testing hypotheses to answer the study questions. A case study approach was adopted and a number of statistical methods were used, such as the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation using the spss program, and the study concluded that the evaluation of the quality of health services in its five dimensions (reliability, response, safety, tangibility, empathy) is a high evaluation.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مستوى الخدمات الصحية الدقدمة إلى الدستفيدين في الدؤسسات الصحية من خلال تقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية الدقدمة في مستشفى يوسف دمرجي وذلك عن طريق توزيع استمارة استبيان محكمة و مختبرة تضمنت أبعاد جودة الخدمات الصحية وذلك لغرض اختبار الفرضيات للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة. وقد تم اعتماد منهج دراسة حالة و استخدام عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية مثل الدتوسط الحسابي و الإنحراف الدعياري باستخدام برنامج spss ، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية بببعاده الخمسة (الإعتمادية، الإستجابة، الأمان، الدلموسية، التعاطف )هو تقييم متوسط.	en_US
