| Abstract: | لقد هدفت الدراسة الى تقدير أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف على الصادرات الجزائرية خارج المحروقات، حيث تم التعرف على المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بسعر الصرف وأنظمته والنظريات المفسرة له، وكذا تطبيق سياسة تخفيض العملة وفق منهج المرونات وابراز أثر سعر الصرف على الصادرات وقدرتها التنافسية، وعلى هذا الأساس تم استخدام برنامج eviese 09 عن طريق منهجية ARDL حيث تم التوصل الى النتيجة الرئيسية والتي مفادها هدم قابلية نظرية المرونات لربنسون التي تتضمن تخفيض سعر صرف من أجل الزيادة في ارتفاع الصادرات خارج المحروقات لا في المدى القصير او الطويل. |
| Description: | The study aimed to estimate the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on Algerian exports outside hydrocarbons, as the basic concepts related to the exchange rate, its systems and theories explaining it were identified, as well as the application of the currency devaluation policy according to the flexibility approach and highlighting the impact of the exchange rate on exports and their competitiveness, and on this basis were Using the program, eviese 09, through the ARDL methodology, where the main result was reached, which is that the theory of Robinson's elasticities, which includes depreciation of the exchange rate in order to increase the rise in non-hydrocarbon exports, is not in the short or long term. |
