| dc.description.abstract | لقد هدفت الدراسة الى تقدير أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف على الصادرات الجزائرية خارج المحروقات، حيث تم التعرف على المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بسعر الصرف وأنظمته والنظريات المفسرة له، وكذا تطبيق سياسة تخفيض العملة وفق منهج المرونات وابراز أثر سعر الصرف على الصادرات وقدرتها التنافسية، وعلى هذا الأساس تم استخدام برنامج eviese 09 عن طريق منهجية ARDL حيث تم التوصل الى النتيجة الرئيسية والتي مفادها هدم قابلية نظرية المرونات لربنسون التي تتضمن تخفيض سعر صرف من أجل الزيادة في ارتفاع الصادرات خارج المحروقات لا في المدى القصير او الطويل. | en_US |
