| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر جودة خدمات التطبيقات الإلكترونية على رضا الزبون, وذلك من خلال تطبيق إستبيان إلكتروني, تمت برمجته بإستعمال forme Google وتم توزيعه على عينة من مستخدمي تطبيق "بريدي موب" عبر مواقع التواصل المختلفة, حيث تحصلنا على عينة قوامها 100 مفردة, تم إستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية والإستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية SPSS22 لتحليل النتائج المتوصل إليها, وأهم ما توصلت إليه هذه الدراسة أن لجودة خدمات التطبيقات الإلكترونية المقدمة على تطبيق بريدي موب أثر على أراء العملاء, وكان ترتيب أبعاد جودة الخدمات الإلكترونية حسب درجة تأثيرها في رضا العملاء على التوالي :(سهولة الإستخدام, الإستجابة, الأمان و السرية, وأخيرا التأثير الإجتماعي). |
| Description: | This study aims to analyze the impact of the quality of electronic application services on customer satisfaction, specifically focusing on the BaridiMob application. To achieve the goals, an online questionnaire was developed using Google Forms and posted to BaridiMob application users in Algeria (Tiaret city) in May 2025, that enables us to receive a sample of 100 participants via various social media platforms. A variety of statistical methods were employed to analyze the findings, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 22) was utilized for data processing. The final findings revealed that the quality of the electronic services provided by the BaridiMob application significantly influences customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the dimensions of electronic service quality were ranked in terms of their impact on customer satisfaction as follows: ease of use, responsiveness, security and confidentiality, and lastly, social influence. |
