| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور التكوين في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية داخل المؤسسات، وذلك من خلال التركيز على مؤسسة جزائرية خدماتية كنموذج تطبيقي. اعتمدت الدراسة على جانبين، نظري وتطبيقي، حيث تناول الجانب النظري المفاهيم الأساسية للتكوين وأهدافه، وأبعاده الاستراتيجية في تطوير الكفاءات البشرية، ومدى ارتباطه بتحقيق التفوق المؤسسي . أما الجانب التطبيقي، فتمثل في مقابلة مع مسؤول مصلحة التكوين بالمؤسسة المدروسة، سعيا لفهم كيفية توظيف التكوين كأداة استراتيجية لدعم القدرات التنافسية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التكوين المستمر والفعال يسهم في تحسين أداء الأفراد، ورفع جاهزيتهم للتكيف مع التحولات، مما يمنح المؤسسة قدرة على التميز في بيئة متغيرة |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the role of training in achieving competitive advantage within organizations, with a focus on a case study of an Algerian service-based institution. The research relies on both theoretical and practical dimensions. The theoretical part explores the key concepts of training, its objectives, and its strategic role in developing human capital to support institutional competitiveness. The practical part consists of an interview with the Head of the Training Department, aiming to understand how training is used as a strategic tool to strengthen competitive capabilities. The findings indicate that continuous and effective training enhances employee performance and adaptability, thus providing the organization with a real advantage in a dynamic environment |
