| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار واقع توظيف المكتبيين بالمكتبات المدرسية حيث تجلت أهميتها في إبراز الدور الذي يقوم به متخصص علم المكتبات والمعلومات ضمن هذا النوع من المكتبات وأهم الأعمال الفنية التي يقوم بها من أجل استمرارية المكتبة المدرسية في تأدية وظيفتها ضمن الساحة التعليمية. وقد أظهرت النتائج المتوصل إليها الغياب التام لمتخصصي خريجي الجامعة على مستواها وإعطاء أولوية التوظيف بها لخريجي المعاهد ومراكز التكوين المهني. وهذا يؤثر سلبًا عليها في إيصال رسالتها من جهة، ومن جهة ثانية على طلبة خريجي قسم علم المكتبات والمعلومات من ناحية توفير مناصب شغل ضمن تخصصهم |
| Description: | This study aimed to highlight the reality of employing librarians in school libraries, emphasizing the importance of the role played by library and information science specialists in this type of library. It also focused on the main technical tasks they perform to ensure the continuity of the school library in fulfilling its educational function. The results revealed a complete absence of university-trained specialists in these libraries, with employment priorities being given to graduates of institutes and vocational training centers. This negatively affects the ability of school libraries to deliver their intended mission, and also limits job opportunities for graduates from library and information science departments in positions relevant to their specialization |
