| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن علاقة بين الثقة التنظيمية وتماسك جماعة العمل لدى عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز تيارت. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي حيث طبقت الباحثة استبيانين كل من الثقة التنظيمية وتماسك جماعة العمل على عينة قوامها 130 عامل، حيث دلت النتائج على ما يلي: - وجود مستوى متوسط من الثقة التنظيمية لدى عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز تيارت. - وجود علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الثقة التنظيمية ببعدين (الثقة بالمشرف و الثقة بزملاء العمل) وتماسك جماعة العمل لدى عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز تيارت. - عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين بعد الثقة بالإدارة العليا وتماسك جماعة العمل لدى عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز تيارت. |
| Description: | This study aimed to explore the correlation between organizational trust and work group cohesion among employees of Sonelgaz in Tiaret. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive approach was adopted. The researcher utilized two questionnaires: one measuring organizational trust and the other measuring work group cohesion, administered to a sample of 130 employees. The findings revealed the following: • A moderate level of organizational trust among SonelgazTiaret employees. • A statistically significant correlation between organizational trust (in its various dimensions) and work group cohesion. • No significant correlation between the dimension of trust in senior management and work group cohesion. |
