Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز وتحليل تأثير استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي على توجهات ومواقف المستهلكين من خلال تحليل أثر استخدامها على مكونات الاتجاهات المعرفية والعاطفية والسلوكية ، وبهدف لاحاطة بالدراسة تم تقسيم الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية الكترونيا كطريقة لجمع البيانات ، وتمت معالجتها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية SPSS، واظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية ان المشاركين الذين يستخدمون تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي يظهرون توجهات أكثر ايجابية نحو هذه التكنولوجيا. |
Description: | The aim of the study is to highlight and analyze the impact of using artificial intelligence applications on consumers' attitudes and behaviors by examining their effects on cognitive, emotional, and behavioral components. To achieve this, a questionnaire was distributed electronically to a random sample as a data collection method. The data were processed using the statistical package SPSS. The results of the field study showed that participants using AI applications exhibit more positive attitudes towards this technology, especially when they perceive it improves decision-making quality and enhances their comfort. Previous experiences with AI applications also significantly influence consumers' cognitive and behavioral attitudes. To maximize the benefits of AI capabilities, there should be a focus on helping users enhance the quality of their consumption decisions through providing effective and innovative user experiences. Additionally, companies and marketers must consider ethical aspects and safeguard users' privacy to build sustainable trust relationships and foster positive consumer attitudes and behaviors towards adopting and using this technology in their daily lives and future consumption experiences. |
