| Abstract: | تتناول هذه الدراسة أثر تدريب الموارد البشرية على تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية والعلاقة بين تدريب الموظفين على استخدام التكنولوجيا الالكترونية وتعزيز الادارة الإلكترونية في البلدية، وتهدف الدراسة الى تحليل أهمية التدريب المناسب للموظفين وكيف يمكن ان يؤثر على تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية بطريقة ايجابية ، حيث يعتبر التدريب الموجه للموظفين حول استخدام التكنولوجيا الالكترونية يعزز من قدراتهم في استخدام الحلول الإلكترونية. |
| Description: | This study deals with the impact of training human resources on activating electronic management and the relationship between training employees to use electronic technology and enhancing electronic management in the municipality. The study aims to analyze the importance of appropriate training for employees and how it can affect the activation of electronic management in a positive way.
