The study aims to analyze the importance of appropriate training for employees and how it can affect the activation of electronic management in a positive way. Focusing on the importance of training human resources to deal with modern technology and providing more support and guidance in this field in order to achieve electronic management that improves administrative work methods and raises the level of performance	en_US
