| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر القيادة الإدارية على السلوك التنظيمي لأفلااد المنظمة وتوضيح أهمية تبني نمط قيادي فعال في تحقيق اهداف المنظمة وتعزيز رضا الموظفين ، والأداء العالي في المنظمة وتبعا لتحقيق الاهداف التي فرضتها الدراسة تم التطرق لمتغيرات الدراسة ، بالاعتماد على المنهج التاريخي ، الوصفي، وكذا دراسة حالة في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير، وتم اختبار الفرضيات في ظل مدى تأثير الانماط القيادية على السلوك التنظيمي لموظفي الكلية. |
| Description: | The study aimed to determine the impact of managerial leadership on the organizational behavior of individuals within the organization. It aimed to emphasize the importance of adopting an effective leadership style in achieving organizational goals, enhancing employee satisfaction, and promoting high performance within the organization. In order to achieve the objectives set by the study, various study variables were addressed, relying on historical and descriptive methodologies, as well as a case study conducted at the College of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences. Hypotheses were tested to assess the extent to which leadership styles influence the organizational behavior of college employees. A random sample was selected, and questionnaires were distributed to the employees. After collecting and sorting the responses, a total of 53 valid questionnaires were available for analysis. By utilizing statistical analysis, the study found that the influence of the leadership style within the college is the democratic style. The results indicated a statistically significant correlation between the democratic style and organizational behavior. |
