| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تقنية البلوك تشين على معاملات التسويق الرقمي، بالإشارة إلى منصة أمازون الرقمية كنموذج ناجح في هذه التقنية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن الإشكالية الرئيسية اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تقنية البلوك تشين أتاحت العديد من الفرص الجديدة في التسويق الرقمي، حيث وفرت الأمان والشفافية بشكل متكامل كما ساعدت على اختصار الوقت والتكلفة إلى جانب رفع الكفاءة والفعالية للمعاملات المختلفة، وهذا ما جعل منصة أمازون من أوائل المستخدمين لهذه التقنية. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة قدمنا مجموعة من الاقتراحات منها أنه يجب على الرأي العام توضيح البعد الديني والقانوني لهذه التقنية حتى يتسنى للمؤسسات والأفراد ضبط تعاملاتهم واستخدامهم لها |
| Description: | This study aimed to highlight the impact of blockchain technology on digital marketing transactions, with reference to the Amazon digital platform as a successful model in this technology. To achieve the objectives of the study and to answer the main problem, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The study concluded that the blockchain technology provided many new opportunities in digital marketing, as it provided security and transparency in an integrated manner, and also helped to reduce time and cost, in addition to raising the efficiency and effectiveness of various transactions, and this is what made the Amazon platform one of the first users of this technology. Based on the results of the study, we presented a set of suggestions, including that public opinion should clarify the religious and legal dimension of this technology so that institutions and individuals can control their dealings and use of it. |
