| Abstract: | يعد التشخيص المالي من أهم الأدوات الضرورية لصياغة الإستراتيجية العامة للمؤسسة، حيث يتوقف عليه فحص البيئة الداخلية للمؤسسة وبالأخص الوظيفة المالية التي تعد من الوظائف الأساسية في المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال جمع المعلومات واكتشاف التهديدات والفرص وتحديد مواطن القوة ومواطن الضعف بغية معرفة الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة ومن ثم البحث عن طرق لمعالجة الخلل المالي التي تمر به. ورسم معالم الإستراتيجية المالية التي ينبغي على المؤسسة تبنيها في المستقبل، فهو يهدف إلى تشخيص وتحليل للسياسات المالية باستخدام أدوات التشخيص ومؤشرات التوازن المالي التي تتماشى مع الوضع المالي المؤسسة أثناء فترة نشاطها |

And drawing the parameters of the financial strategy that the institution should adopt in the future, it aims to diagnose and analyze financial policies using diagnostic tools and financial balance indicators that are in line with the financial position of the institution during its activity period. |
