dc.description.abstract	يعد التشخيص المالي من أهم الأدوات الضرورية لصياغة الإستراتيجية العامة للمؤسسة، حيث يتوقف عليه فحص البيئة الداخلية للمؤسسة وبالأخص الوظيفة المالية التي تعد من الوظائف الأساسية في المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال جمع المعلومات واكتشاف التهديدات والفرص وتحديد مواطن القوة ومواطن الضعف بغية معرفة الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة ومن ثم البحث عن طرق لمعالجة الخلل المالي التي تمر به. ورسم معالم الإستراتيجية المالية التي ينبغي على المؤسسة تبنيها في المستقبل، فهو يهدف إلى تشخيص وتحليل للسياسات المالية باستخدام أدوات التشخيص ومؤشرات التوازن المالي التي تتماشى مع الوضع المالي المؤسسة أثناء فترة نشاطها	en_US
