| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التسويق الداخلي بأبعاده ( التمكين ، التدريب ، التحفيز ، الاتصال الداخلي ) في تعزيز الرضا الوظيفي و خلق الولاء التنظيمي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية تيارت، وذلك باستخدام المنهج التحليلي لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة ، وقد تم جمع البيانات من خلال تصميم استبيانة و توزيعها على موظفي مديرية اتصالات الجزائر بولاية تيارت ، حيث تم توزيع 50 استبانة منها 34 صالحة للتحليل ، ليتم بعد ذلك معالجة المعطيات المجمعة باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPss، وقد أفضت الدراسات إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود اثر لممارسات التسويق الداخلي بأبعاده على الرضا الوظيفي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة ، وكذا وجود اثر لأبعاد التسويق الداخلي على الولاء التنظيمي ، بالإضافة إلى وجود اثر للرضا الوظيفي على الولاء التنظيمي |
| Description: | The aim of this study is to highlight the role of internal marketing with its dimensions (empowerment, training, motivation, internal communication) in enhancing job satisfaction and creating organizational loyalty in Algeria Telecommunications Corporation of Tiaret. Data was collected through the design of a questionnaire distributed to employees of the corporation, a total of 34 questionnaires out of 50 distributed were retrieved. The collected data was then processed using the statistical analysis software SPSS. The study has yielded a number of results, the most important of which is the presence of an impact of internal marketing practices with its dimensions on job satisfaction in the studied institution, as well as the impact of internal marketing dimensions on organizational loyalty. Additionally, there is an impact of job satisfaction on organizational loyalty |
