Résumé:	تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التقصي عن اثر المعلم الناجح ودوره الفعال في التقليل من الفروق الفردية بين المتعلمين انطلاقا من توفير بيئة صفية خصبة تجعله قادرا على التشخيص و التوصيف.
Description:	This study aims to inverstigate the impact that a successful teacher and his/her effective role indecreasing the individual discrimination between learners through providing a clean fertil learning environment that makes the learner to be able to diagnos and characterize (characterize problems and find solutions). In order to make our study a scientific researchs ,we chose a sample of teachers and learners to fulfill a questionnaire concerning classrom and extra curricutar activities as well as grammar as a model to ensure our study's hypothesis through the field reality.
