Abstract:	حاول العثمانيون في الجزائر مرارا تحرير مدينة وهران المحتلة من قبل الإسبان قد تمكنا من ذلك في مناسبة واحدة لكن الاحتلال عاد إليها من جديد، ليأتي التحرير النهائي سنة 1792م كانت مدينة معسكر خلال هذه الفترة عاصمة للبايلك،بقيادة الباي محمد الكبير،كانت هذه المدينة مركزا علميا وقبلة للعلماء طلبة العلم بما كانت تحويه من مدارس ومساجد ومشايخ، لقد قام العلماء بدور أساسي ومحوري في تحرير مدينة وهران عن طريق الحث على الجهاد والقيام به وتحضير بعض أناع الأسلحة ،كما رابطوا على جبل المايدة قرب وهران إمعانا في مراقبة العدو وحصاره، بزعامة الشيخ بوجلال ومساعده الشيخ محمد المصطفى بن زرفة، كما قامالكلمات المفتاحية: محمد الكبير؛ وهران 1792م؛ رباط افري؛ الطلبة؛ مصطفى بن زرفة؛ تحرير. طلبة العلم بدورهم فحملوا السلاح وقاتلوا الأعداء في نحو أكثر من 2000 مقاتل
Description:	The Ottomans in Algeria repeatedly tried to liberate Oran from the Spanish occupation, and they were able to do so on one occasion, yet the occupier came back to it, then came its final liberation in 1792. The city of Mascara, during this period, was the capital of the Baylik, led by the Bay Mohamed lkbir. The city was a scientific center for scholars and students of science with its schools, mosques and scholars who played a key and pivotal role in liberating oran city by inciting and carrying out jihad and preparing some types of weapons. They also joined mount Mayda near Oran to monitor and blockade the enemy. This was led by Sheikh Boujalal and his assistant Sheikh Mohammed al-Mustafa bin Zarfa. The students of science also took up arms and fought enemies in more than 2,000 fighters. Key words: Mohamed lkebir; oran; 1792ad; Rebaat Ifri; students; liberation; mustapha ben Zerfa.
