| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة لاختبار أثر هيكل الملكية وتكاليف الوكالة على الربحية لعينة مكونة من 26 مؤسسة فرنسية مدرجة في مؤشر CAC40 للفترة2014 -2018، باتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وبالاعتماد على بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية، حيث استخدم ربحية السهم كمقياس للربحية، أما المتغيرات التفسيرية فشملت هيكل الملكية ممثلة بتركز الملكية والملكية الإدارية، تكلفة الوكالة ممثلة بمعدل دوران الأصول، أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر سلبي لتركز الملكية على الربحية، ولا يوجد أثر للملكية الإدارية على الربحية في حين كان لتكلفة الوكالة تأثير عكسي، أما المتغيرات الضابطة فكان لحجم لجنة المكافآت أثر سلبي على الربحية في حين كان لحجم المؤسسة أثر موجب |
| Description: | This study aims to test the impact of ownership structure and agency costs on profitability for a sample of 26 institutions listed in the CAC40 index for the period 2014-2018. Following the descriptive and analytical approach, by relying on panel data, Earnings per share is adopted as a measure of profitability, as for the explanatory variables, they included the ownership structure represented by the concentration of ownership and administrative ownership. The results showed a negative impact of the concentration of ownership on profitability, and there was no effect of administrative ownership on profitability, while the agency cost had an opposite effect. As for the controlling variables, the size of the remuneration committee had a negative impact on profitability, while the size of the institution had a positive effect |
