| Abstract: | في اطار التغيرات الاقتصادية الحالية تتجه الدول النامية نحو دعم قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ، حيث انتقلت من سياسة دعم المؤسسات الكبيرة الى سياسة دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة لما لها من اهمية كبيرة في دفع عجلة التنمية ، و الجزائر كغيرها من الدول تسعى الى ترقية هذا القطاع الحساس لما له من تأثير على الدخل و القيمة المضافة للبلدين و على امتصاص البطالة ، ونظرا لمحدودية الموارد المالية و المادية لهاته المؤسسات وضعت الجزائر برامج و خطط من اجل حل مشكلة التمويل التي و رغم الجهود المكثفة لا تزال تقف كعقبة اما تطور المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ، ومن خلال ذلك تهدف هذ الدراسة الى البحث في معوقات تمويل هذه المؤسسات. |
| Description: | In the context of the current economic changes, the developing countries are moving towards support for the small and medium enterprises sector, moving from a policy of support for large companies to a policy of support for small and medium-sized enterprises because of their large size importance for promoting development. Algeria, like many countries, seeks to improve this sensitive sector because of its impact on the country's income and added value and on the absorption of unemployment. Given the limited financial and material resources of these enterprises, Algeria has put in place programs and plans to solve the problem of financing which, despite intensive efforts, remains an obstacle to the development of small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this study is to examine the financing constraints of these companies. |
