| Résumé: | منذ أواسط القرن التاسع عشر تتابعت مشاريع تجديد البلاغة العربية. تباين حظ هذه المشاريع من الانتشار والتأثير والبقاء. من بين هذه المشاريع حظي فن القول لأمين الخولي بمكانة مرموقة؛ بفضل امتداد زمن انتشاره، واتساع تأثيره. عادة ما تنشغل الدراسات التي تعالج هذه المشاريع بتتبع إسهاماتها، وتلخيص مقالاتها، وفحص العوامل العلمية المؤثرة فيها. على خلاف ذلك يُعنى هذا البحث بأثر الأبعاد غير الأكاديمية في نشأة هذه المشاريع، وازدهارها، وذبولها. ويحاج البحث بأن مشروع الخولي لتجديد البلاغة تأثر بعوامل اجتماعية وسياسية حاسمة؛ وبخاصة التحول من نظام ملكي شبه ديمقراطي، إلى نظام جمهوري شبه مستبد في مشروع الخولي البلاغي، وهيمنة تصور اجتماعي واقعي للأدب. كما يفحص المقال كذلك أوجه التلقي المختلفة لمشروع فن القول، محاولًا الإجابة عن سؤال كيفية قراءة مشاريع البلاغة من قِبَل الأجيال اللاحقة. ويُختَتَم المقال بتأملات حول مآلات مشروع فن القول، وما يُحتمل أن يصمد منه في وجه الزمن. |
| Description: | Abstract: Since the mid-nineteenth century, there have been a series of projects to renew the Arabic rhetoric. These projects had a mixed fortune in terms of proliferation, influence and survival. Among these projects, the art of saying by Amin al-Khouli has gained a prominent place. Thanks to the extension of the time of its spread, and the breadth of its influence. The studies dealing with these projects are usually busy tracking their contributions, summarizing their articles, and examining the scientific factors affecting them. On the contrary, this research is concerned with the impact of non-academic dimensions on the emergence of these projects, their prosperity, and their decline. The research argues that El-Khouli's project to renew the rhetoric has been influenced by crucial social and political factors. In particular, the transformation from a semi-democratic monarchy to a republican semi-tyrannical system in the rhetorical project of Khouli, and the domination of a realistic social conception of literature. The article also examines the different reception aspects of the “Art of Saying” project, trying to answer the question of how projects of rhetoric are read by subsequent generations. The article concludes with reflections on what will happen in the art of saying project, and what is likely to stand up to it in the face of time.
