| Résumé: | تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقصي الأبعاد الحجاجية للخطاب السياسي المعاصر، وذلك بتسليط النظر على مجموع التقنيات الحجاجية التي يعتمدها رجال السياسة في الاحتجاج لرأي ما، أو في دحض آخر، أو في الدفاع عن قرراتهم ومواقفهم السياسية، وقد وقع اختيارنا في هذا المقال على خطاب الرئيس الجزائري الأسبق عبد العزيز بوتفليقة الذي أعلن فيه عن استقالته من حكم الجزائر وانسحابه من المشهد السياسي، وقد جاء هذا الاختيار لاعتبارين، يتمثل الأول في الظروف الإنتاجية المصاحبة لهذا الخطاب، والذي جاء في سياق أزمة سياسية عاشتها الجزائر التي شهدت حراك 22 فيفري 2018، أمّا الاعتبار الثاني فجاء نظراً لما يحويه خطاب عبد العزيز بوتفليقة من أبعاد حجاجية ومقومات إقناعية سعى من خلالها عبد العزيز بوتفليقة تبرير القرار السياسي الذي اتخذه، كما عمل في هذا الخطاب على تهيئة متلقيه بطريقة ذكيةٍ تستنتد وترتكز على جملة من الحجج تجعل المتلقي يتعاطف ويتقبلُ قرار الاستقالة، ومن هذا المنطلق سنقف في هذه الورقة على مختلف الآليات الحجاجية، والسياسات الخطابية التي سخرها عبد العزيز بوتفليقة في الدفاع عن موقفه السياسي الذي اتخذه حين قرر الاستقالة من حكم الجزائر والانسحاب من المشهد السياسي. |
| Description: | Summary: This research paper seeks to investigate the argumentative dimensions of contemporary political discourse by highlighting the total argumentative techniques that politicians adopt in protesting an opinion in refuting another, or in defending their political decisions and positions. In this article, we chose Abdelaziz Bouteflika’s, the former Algerian President, speech via which he announced his resignation from the rule of Algeria and his withdrawal from the political scene. This choice was made for two considerations, the first being the productive conditions accompanying this speech that came in the context of a political crisis experienced by Algeria, which witnessed the movement of February 22, 2018. As regards the second consideration, it came in view of what Abdelaziz Bouteflika’s speech contained of argumentative dimensions and persuasive basics through which he sought to justify the political decision he had taken. He also worked in this speech to prepare his recipients in a smart way based on a set of arguments that make the recipient sympathize and accept the decision to resign. From this view point, in the current paper, we will stand upon the various argumentative mechanisms, and the rhetorical policies that Abdelaziz Bouteflika harnessed in order to defend his political position, which he took when he decided to resign from the rule of Algeria and withdraw from the political scene.
