Abstract:	يؤدي سوق رأس المال دورا مهما في اقتصاديات الدول، من خلال جمع وتعبئة المدخرات، وتحويلها نحو القطاعات المنتجة، بما يعود بالنفع على هده الاقتصاديات، ويتحقق هذا بفضل الاستثمار في الأوراق المالية التي يتيحها هذا السوق، والذي يجب أن يكون سوق كفء حتى يجذب المستثمرين إليه لتحويل ما يدخرونه إلى استثمار مالي كبديل عن ودعائهم في البنوك، ويضمن بذلك سيولة متوفرة لتمويل الاستثمارات المنتجة والخدماتية. وفي هذا السياق قامت الجزائر بإنشاء بورصة القيم المنقولة من أجل إيجاد موارد مالية أخرى لتنشيط الاقتصاد الوطني والتقليل من القروض التقليدية، وجعل المؤسسات قادرة على تمويل نفسها.
Description:	Capital market plays an important role in the economieies of the contries through the collection and the mobilization of somings and turn it towards the productive sectors to the benefit of these economies and to achieve this , thanks to investment in securities that the market produced and wich should be market efficiency , even attracts investors to convert what sawing rate to financial investment as an alternative to their deposits in banks and eusare that liquidity available to finance productive investement and service. and in this context, Algeria decided to end the stoke exchange the securities for other financial resources to stimulate the national economy and reduction of conventional loans and make the institutions capable of financing it self
