| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تحظى به حوكمة الشركات كمدخل حديث لتحقيق الإفصاح عن المعلومات المالية والمحاسبية في قطاع الأعمال وهذا من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم الحوكمة واهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق الحوكمة في دول العالم بشكل عام والجزائر بشكل خاص، واعتمدت الطالبتان على دراسة تحليلية لأهم الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت هذا الموضوع. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها: أن تطبيق قواعد الحوكمة يساعد بشكل كبير في تعزيز دور الإفصاح، كما إنه انعكس بشكل رئيسي على تحسين أداء وفعالية الشركات. كما أوصت هذه الدراسة بضرورة التطبيق والالتزام بقواعد الحوكمة التي نصت عليها منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية مع السعي إلى تطويرها وتحديثها وفقا لمتطلبات العولمة، إضافة إلى العمل على نشر مفهوم وثقافة الحوكمة بشكل أوسع لدى كافة الأطراف ذات العلاقة |
| Description: | This study aimed to highlight the role of corporate governance as a modern entry point to achieve disclosure of financial and accounting information in the business sector and this by addressing the concept of governance and the most important obstacles that prevent the application of governance in countries of the world in general and Algeria in particular, and the two students relied on an analytical study For the most important previous studies that dealt with this topic. The study concluded with a set of results, the most prominent of which was: that the application of corporate governance rules helps greatly in enhancing the role of disclosure, as it was mainly reflected in improving the performance and effectiveness of companies. This study also recommended the necessity of implementing and adhering to the governance rules stipulated by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development while seeking to develop and update them in accordance with the requirements of globalization, in addition to working to spread the concept and culture of governance more broadly to all relevant parties. |
