| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية وأثرها على الابداع التنظيمي بالصندوق الوطني للتأمين عن البطالة-تيارت، والتعرف على الإختلاف في تصور موظفيه باختلاف خصائصهم الشخصية والوظيفية لهذا الأثر، ولتحقيق الأهداف قمنا بتصميم إستبيان شمل ( 34) فقرة وهذا من أجل جمع ثم تحليل المعلومات، وإختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية الاجتماعية SPSS ، حيث شملت هذه الدراسة 51 عينة من موظفي ص.و.ت.ب، وتوصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: - وجود تأثير ذي دلالة معنوية لسلوكيات القيادة التحويلية على الإبداع التنظيمي ب: ص.و.ت.ب-تيارت - عند مستوى دلالة 0.05. -من الممكن أن تؤثر أبعاد القيادة التحويلية على إبداع الموظفين في: ص.و.ت.ب-تيارت |
| Description: | The study aimed to reveal the transformational leadership behaviors and their impact on organizational creativity in the National Unemployment Insurance fund-Tiaret-and to identify the differnce in the perception of its employees with their differnt personal and functional characteristcs for this effect. And to achieve the goals, We organized A quationnair that included(34) paragraphs in order to collect and than analyze information and the selction of Hypotheses using the Social Statistical Package(SPSS), where this study inclded (51) A sample of S.W.T.P. Tiaret employees, and we reached a number of results : -There Is a significant effect of transformational leadership behaviors on organizational creativity.S.W.T.P-Tiaret Currents at the significance level (0.05). -Dimensions of transformational leadership can affect the creativity of S.W.T.P-tiaret. |
