| Abstract: | تعددت وتطورت الأساليب الإدارية بتطور المؤسسات واختلاف نشاطها، ومن بين هذه الأساليب أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف الذي تنتهجه المؤسسات لتحديد أهدافها والتخطيط للوصول إليها بوضع النتائج المحتملة وتصحيح الانحرافات. حيث يعد أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف أسلوب معتمد في الكثير من المؤسسات، إلا أن طريقة تطبيقه تعترضها الكثير من المشاكل، وكان لنا مثال على ذلك الشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA والتي مازالت تسعى إلى تطبيق هذا الأسلوب بالشكل الصحيح والفعال. |
| Description: | The evolution and variation of the Managerial methods are linked to the development of companies and to their diverse activities. Among these methods, Management By Objectives which is used in companies as a means of settings goals, and planning to reach them through setting the potential outcomes and correcting the possible deviations. This method is adopted by many foundations, however many obstacles hamper the way it is applied, an example to this is the National Insurance Company SAA that is still willing to apply this method in a correct and an effective way. |
