| Résumé: | یلعب الأرشیف دورا حیویا وهاما في حیاة الأمم والمجتمعات ویعتبر ذاكرة الأمة والمرآة العاكسة لها والأرشیف الرقمي الطبي إحدى التطورات التي شهدها قطاع الصحة لاحتوائه على أدوات وتجهیزات تسمح بتسییر عملیة الإستفادة منه من خلال الإعتماد على التطبیقات التكنولوجیة الحدیثة وشبكاتها (الأنترانت)، والتي ساهمت في توحید الخدمات وتسییر الوثائق الأرشیفیة الطبیة بین مصالح المؤسسة والحفظ الجید والإسترجاع الفعال لها وإتاحتها لتمكین الإستفادة القصوى والسریعة لأطول مدة ممكنة لمجتمع المستفیدین. وقد تناولت الدراسة دور الأرشیف الرقمي الطبي في تلبیة حاجات المستفیدین وكانت دراسة على أرشیف برمجیةPATIENT بالمؤسسة الإستشفائیة العمومیة یوسف دمرجي تیارت، وجاءت هذه الدراسة للتعریف بالبرمجیة المستخدمة لتسییر الوثائق الطبیة ومدى تلبیتها لحاجات مختلف فئات المستفیدین منها بالسرعة والدقة المطلوبة . |
| Description: | The archive plays a vital and important role in the life of nations and societies. The memory of the nation and women is its reflection, and the digital medical archive is one of the developments witnessed by the health sector because it contains tools and equipment that allow the process of benefiting from it by relying on modern technological applications and its intranet networks), which contributed to the unification of services and the management of medical archival documents between the interests of the institution, good preservation and effective retrieval of them, and enabling them to make maximum and rapid use for the longest period of time possible the beneficiaries community. And the study channels the role of the medical digital archive in meeting the needs of the beneficiaries. It was a study on the PATIENT software, the of public hospital corporation Youcef Damerdji tiaret, this came to define the software used to manage medical doucuments and the extent to which they meet the needs of their beneficiaries with the required speed and accuracy. |
