| Abstract: | كان الهدف من معالجة هذا الموضوع والدراسة هو تسليط الضوء والتعرف أكثر على فاعلية الخدمة المكتبية في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة ابن خلدون بتيارت من خلال منظور المستخدمين والمستفيدين من خدماتها، وهدفت هذه الدراسة أيضا للتعرف على أهم أنواع هذه الخدمات وأهميتها، وقد اعتمدنا في الدراسة لموضوع تقييم رضا المستفيدين للخدمة المكتبية على المنهج الوصفي واعتمدنا كذلك على الاستبيان والملاحظة كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات والبيانات والتي قمنا بتوزيعها على الطلبة المتوافدون على المكتبة المركزية، وقد أبرزت الدراسة الدور الفعال للمكتبة الجامعية من خلال تنمية الرصيد المعرفي لزائريها وهذا من خلال تنوع مصادر معلوماتها التي تغطي كل النقائص في المجال الدراسي، ولقد ركزنا في دراستنا على الخدمات المكتبية التي تقدمها المكتبة الجامعية، وقمنا بتقييم جودة خدماتها من خلال ما حكم عليه المستفيد، وعليه فإن العلاقة بين المستفيد والمكتبة هي علاقة وطيدة لا يمكن لأحدهما الاكتمال دون الأخر، وما يزيد من توطيد هذه العلاقة هي توفير الخدمة المكتبية على أكمل وجه وبأحسن صورة. |
| Description: | The aim of treating this topic and was to spot light and learn more about the effectiveness of the library service in the central library of Ibn Khaldoun University in Tiaret through the perspective of users and beneficiaries of its services, and this study also aimed to identify the most important types of these services and their importance. Beneficiaries: The library service is based on the descriptive approach. We also relied on the questionnaire and observation as an essential tool for collecting information and data, which we distributed to the students attending the central library. The study highlighted the effective role of university libraries through developing the knowledge balance of their visitors and this is through the diversity of their sources of information that give all the shortcomings in the academic field. We focused in our study on the library services provided by the university library, and we evaluated the quality of its services through what the beneficiary judged. Accordingly, the relationship there is a close relationship between the beneficiary and the library, one of which cannot be completed without the other. What further strengthens this relationship is the provision of the library service to the fullest and best picture. |
