| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المستودعات الرقمية المؤسساتية باعتبارها إحدى الوسائل والتقنيات التي ظهرت جراء تطور استخدمات الانترنت لتحقيق مفهوم الوصول الحر للمعلومات، والذي يتم من خلالها إتاحة المنشورات العلمية بأسلوب جديد ، اختزالا للوقت والجهدوالمكان دون قيود مادية ومعنوية. انطلاقا من أهمية دراسة المستودعات الرقمية ودورها في سبل إتاحة المحتوى الرقمي جاءت دراستنا لتسليط الضوء على ماهية المستودعات الرقمية وأسس بناءها وقواعد النشر فيها، وأهم الخدمات التي تقدمها، خاصة بالنسبة للمستودعات الرقمية المؤسساتية التابعة لمؤسسات التعليم العالي والجامعات الجزائرية، وقد اخترنا كنموذج لد راسة هذا النوع من المستودعات والوقوف على وصفها وتقنيات إعدادها كدراسة وصفية تحليلية للمستودع الرقمي لجامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة، هذا المستودع الحديث النشأة نسبيا، والذي يحتوي على منشورات متنوعة ناتجة عن أعضاء هذه الجامعة من باحثين وناشرين وأساتذة وطلبة، حيث يتضمن هذا المستودعات مذكرات ورسائل جامعية مختلفة، وخلصنا إلى نتائج متعلقة بنقاط قوة وضعف المستودع وآفاق تطويره لكي يكون في مستوى المستودعات الرقمية التابعة لمؤسسات بحثية رائدة وعالمية. |
| Description: | This study aims to identify institutional digital repositories as one of the means and techniques that emerged as a result of the development of Internet uses to achieve the concept of free access to information, through which scientific publications are made available in a new way, reducing time, effort and space without physical and moral restrictions. Proceeding from the importance of studying digital repositories and their role in making digital content available, our study came to shed light on what digital repositories are, the foundations of their construction and publishing rules in them, and the most important services they provide, especially for institutional digital repositories affiliated with higher education institutions and Algerian universities, and we have chosen as a model to study this type of Repositories and their description and preparation techniques as a descriptive and analytical study of the digital repository of Zayan Ashour University in Djelfa. This repository is relatively new, which contains various publications resulting from the members of this university, including researchers, publishers, professors and students. These repositories include various university notes and theses, and we concluded the results Related to the strengths and weaknesses of the repository and the prospects for its development to be at the level of digital repositories of leading and global research institutions . |
