| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعر ف على مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الأساتذة في المؤسسات التبوية الجزائرية وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (130)أستاذ، حيث انطلقت من الإشكالية التالية : ما هي مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الأساتذة بالمؤسسات ال تبوية الجزائرية؟ التي تفرعت عنها التساؤلات التالية : هل تعتبر طبيعة العمل مصدر من مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الاساتذة في المؤسسات التبوية الجزائرية ؟ هل تعتبر الظروف الفيزيقية و المادية مصدر من مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الاساتذة في المؤسسات التبوية الجزائري ة ؟ هل تعتبر الظروف العمل الاجتماعية و السياسية مصدر من مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الاساتذة في المؤسسات التبوية الجزائرية ؟ هل تعتبر علاقات العمل مصدر من مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الاساتذة في المؤسسات التبوية الجزائرية ؟ وبغية الإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم بناء استبيا ننمناسب لهذا الغرض، حيث أخضع لدراسة سيكومتية تحقق فيها شروط الصدق والثبات، وبعد استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية أسفرت النتائج التي نوقشت في ضوء فروض الدراسة ونتائج الدراسات السابقة على ما يلي : تعتبر طبيعة العمل مصدر من مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الاساتذة في المؤسسات التبوية الجزائرية تعتبر الظروف الفيزيقية و المادية مصدر من مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الاساتذة في المؤسسات التبوية الجزائرية تعتبر الظروف العمل الاجتماعية و السياسية مصدر من مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الاساتذة في المؤسسات التبوية الجزائري ة تعتبر علاقات العمل مصدر من مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى الاساتذة في المؤسسات التربوية الجزائري |
| Description: | The current study aimed to identify the sources of professional pressures of teachers in Algerian educational institutions. The study sample consisted of (130) professors, as it started from the following problem: What are the sources of professional pressures for teachers in Algerian educational institutions? Which resulted in the following questions: 1- Is the nature of work considered a source of professional pressures for teachers in Algerian educational institutions? 2- Are the physical and material conditions a source of professional pressures for teachers in Algerian educational institutions? 3- Are the social and political working conditions a source of professional pressures for teachers in Algerian educational institutions? 4- Are work relations a source of professional pressures for teachers in Algerian educational institutions? In order to answer these questions, two appropriate questionnaires were built for this purpose, as they were subjected to a psychometric study in which the conditions of validity and reliability were met. After using statistical methods, the results discussed in light of the study hypotheses and the results of previous studies resulted in the following: The nature of work is a source of professional pressures for teachers in Algerian educational institutions The physical and material conditions are a source of professional pressures for teachers in Algerian educational institutions The social and political working conditions are a source of professional pressures for teachers in Algerian educational institutions Work relations are a source of professional pressures for teachers in Algerian educational institutions |
