| Abstract: | هىدفت هذه الد راسة الى محاولة قياس مستويات الرضا عن العمل العيادي لدل الاخصائي النفساني في المراكز الاستشفائية تعزل الى متغيرات ( الجنس، الخبرة، عقد العمل، الأجر الشهري)، حيث تكونت العينة مف 29 اخصائي، منها 29 عينة في الدراسة الأساسية الاساسية اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية ،وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كاستبيان لقياس الرضا عن العمل العيادي تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية حيث يحتوي على 29 في صورته النهاية ،وايضا اختبار (Ttest) كاختبار (One- way anova) بين فروق لاكثر من متغيرين ، ومن ثم قمنا بإجراء المعالجات الاحصائية للبيانات . |
