| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي مدى فاعلية برنامج علاجي أسري في تحسين جودة الحياة لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي.اعتمدنا على اختيار المنهج العيادي -دراسة الحالة- لملائمته متغيرات الدراسة كما تم اختيار حالة واحدة تتوفر فيها خصائص الدراسة طبقنا عليها جلسات البرنامج العلاجي الأسري المصمم، تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية معتمدين على الأدوات التالية: و .FAT - المقابلة العيادية ، الملاحظة العيادية ، مقياس جودة الحياة للباحثة "تواتي حياة" ، إختبار الإدراك الأسري البرنامج العلاجي الأسري المصمم من طرف الطالبتين. فمن خلال تطبيقنا للبرنامج العلاجي الأسري والقياس القبلي والبعدي لكل من مقياس جودة الحياة واختبار الإدراك توصلنا إلى أن البرنامج العلاجي الاسري المصمم ساهم في تحسين جودة الحياة لدى المرأة المصابة FAT الاسري بسرطان الثدي. |
| Description: | Notre étude a visé l'exploration de l'efficacité du programme de thérapie familiale pour améliorer la qualité de vie chez la femme atteinte d'un cancer du sein . Dont nous avons utulisé la méthode clinique ( étude de cas ) parce qu'elle est la plus efficace aux donnés de notre étude . Nous avons étudié un cas ciblé qui contient les même caractéristiques d'étude en utilisant : . L'entretien clinique ,L'observation clinique, Test de la qualité de vie de "TOUATI HAYAT" Test de la perception familiale FAT, Notre programme de thérapie familiale. En appliquant ce programme et après avoir analyser les résultats de FAT et du test de qualité de vie , nous avons conclus que notre programme efficace a propos de l'amélioration de la qualité de vie chez la femme atteinte du cancer du sein.
