| Abstract: | هدفت الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على طبیعة العلاقة بین النجاح المهني ونمط الشخصیة. أجریت الد ا رسة بمستشفى میموني الطاهر بسوقر – تیارت وتكونت العینة العشوائیة من 54 ممرض وممرضة وتضمنت كل مصالح المستشفى ، منطلقین من سؤال هل یوجد علاقة ارتباطیه ذات دلالة إحصائیة ما بین النجاح المهني وأنماط الشخصیة لدى ممرضي الصحة العمومیة؟ استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقیق أغ ا رض الد ا رسة طبقنا استبیان نمط الشخصیة لبن وفق (GATTEKER and LARWOOD زروال فتیحة ( 2008 ) واستبیان النجاح ( 1986 Spss تدرج لیكارت الخماسي وبعد جمع المعلومات تمت معالجتها عن طریق برنامج ال باستخدام معامل الارتباط بیرسون، وتوصلت الد ا رسة إلى النتائج التالیة : - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في متغیر النجاح المهني یعزى لمتغیر الجنس. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى النجاح المهني یعزى لمتغیر نمط الشخصیة ( أ- ب)و (ب). - توجد علاقة ارتباطیه ذات دلالة إحصائیة ما بین نمط الشخصیة والنجاح المهني. |
| Description: | The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between professional success and personality style. The study was conducted at The Mimouni Taher Hospital in Souguer- Tiaret and the random sample consisted of 54 nurses and included all the interests of the hospital, starting from the question of whether there is a statistically significant correlation between professional success and personality patterns in public health nurses? We used the descriptive approach, and to achieve the purposes of the study we applied the personality pattern questionnaire of Ben Zeroual Fatiha (2008) and the (GATTEKER and LARWOOD 1986) Success Questionnaire according to the five likert hierarchy and after collecting information was processed through the Spss program using the Pearson link coefficient, and the study reached the following results: -There are statistically significant differences in the occupational success variable attributable to the sex changer. -There are statistically significant differences in the level of professional success due to the personality pattern variable (A-B) and (b). -There is a statistically significant correlation between personality style and professional success. |
