| Résumé: | هىدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف واقع بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية في مؤسسات التعليم الثانوية بولاية تيارت، من خلال معرفة مدى إلمام الأساتذة بكفايات بناء الإختبارات التحصيلية وفق معايير الاختبارالجيد، والوقوف على مستوى الكفاءة المعرفية لديهم في مجال الاختبارات و المقاييس، ودرجة ممارستهم للكفايات المتعلقة ببناء الاختبارات التحصيلية،و محاولة استقصاء الحاجات التدريبية لديهم في مجال بناء الاختبارات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من أستاذين تم اختيارىم عن طريق العينة العشوائية لأساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمادة الاجتماعيات في ثانويتين بولاية تيارت في مجال بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية، من خلال التعرف على ما إذا كانت بناء احتياجات تدريبية لأساتذة المرحلة الثانوية في بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية أك من عدمها، كذلك من حيث الصدق والثبات كمدل إعتدالية معاملات السهولة والصعوبة والشمولية. وعلى هذا الأساس أجرينا هذه الدراسة لتبحث في بناء إعداد الاختبارات التحصيلية والتعرف على مدى استعمالهم لجدول المواصفات في بنائها،وقد استعملنا المقابلة النصف موجهة كأداة لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية بإتباع المننهج الوصفي التحليلي في مجال إعداد الاختبارات التحصيلية واهم المعايير التي تعتمدها النشرة التربوية في تحسين مهارات التدريب لدى الأساتذة من خلال اكتشاف نقاط القوة والضعف لديهم و معالجتهاو مدى التحقق الاهداف التعليمية، و تحديد الغرض من الاختبار. حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة معرفة الأساتذة في مجال الاختبارات و المقاييس متدنية، فهناك نسبة عالية من الأساتذة لم يدرسوا مساق الإختبارات والمقاييس او مقاس التقويم التربوي . |
| Description: | The study aimed to explore the reality of building achievement tests in secondary education institutions in the state of Tiaret, by knowing the extent to which teachers are familiar with the competencies of building achievement tests according to good test standards, and to determine the level of their cognitive competency in the field of tests and standards, and the degree of their practice of competencies related to building achievement tests. Investigate their training needs in the field of building tests. The study sample consisted of two professors who were chosen through a random sample of secondary school teachers of social sciences in two secondary schools in the state of Tiaret in the field of building achievement tests, by identifying whether there are training needs for secondary school teachers in building achievement tests or not, in terms of Honesty, consistency, and moderation of ease, difficulty and comprehensiveness coefficients. On this basis, we conducted this study to examine the field of preparing achievement tests and to identify the extent to which they use the specification table in their construction. Teachers by discovering their strengths and weaknesses, addressing them, and the extent to which educational goals are achieved, and determining the purpose of the test. The results of the study showed that the degree of teachers' knowledge in the field of tests and standards is low, as there is a high percentage of professors who did not study the tests and standards course or the educational assessment course. |
