| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مـتلف الإصلاحات والتعديلات التي تبنتها السلطات الجزائرية لإصلاح المنظومة البنكية ، بحيث تم التعرض لمختلف القوانين والأنظمة المنظمة لعمل البنوك في الجزائر كذلك انطلاقا من دراسة قانون النقد كالقرض والذي كان بمثابة التحول الأساسي في تاريخ القطاع البنكي الجزائري بحيث جاء بتغيرات جذرية هدفت لتنظيم النشاط البنكي ، ويعتبر القطاع المصرفي والمالي أهم واجهة تعكس واقع الاقتصاد في أي دولة ، فهي القناة الرئيسية لمختلف التدفقات المالية الناتجة عن الأنشطة الاقتصادية .وباعتبار مؤسسات تجارية ربحية ، وبالتالي تنمية وتوسيع أنشطتها عبر مخـتلف العمليات والخدمات المصرفية التي تقدمها لزبائنها ، بانتهاج عدة استراتيجيات تدعم بقائها ونموها في دائرة المنافسة كالبحث عن الميزة التي تسعى كل مؤسسة بنكية ناجحة أن تصنعها لنفسها في سبيل تعزيز قدراتها التنافسية. |
| Description: | This study aimed to shed light on the various reforms and amendments adopted by the Algerian authorities to reform the banking system. It aimed to regulate banking activity, and the banking and financial sector is considered the most important interface that reflects the reality of the economy in any country, as it is the main channel for the various financial flows resulting from economic activities. As profitable commercial institutions, and thus the development and expansion of their activities through various banking operations and services that they provide to their customers, by adopting several strategies It supports its survival and growth in the circle of competition and the search for the advantage that every successful banking institution seeks to create for itself in order to enhance its competitive capabilities. |
