| Résumé: | تعد البنوك التجارية المحرك الرئيسي لعجلة التنمية في كل إقتصاديات الدول ، مهما كانت مقوماته وتوجهاته ومع تزايد إلاهتمام بقطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بإعتباره أبزر الحلول نجاعة وفعالية على كل الجوانب لاسيما الاقتصادي والاجتماعي من جهة وفشل سياسة المؤسسات الصناعية الكبرى في تحقيق الاهداف المرجوة منها ، لذلك تسعى الدولة إلى توجيه مجهودات البنوك التجارية نحو المساهمة في تنمية والارتقاء بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال توفير التمويل اللازم بواسطة منح قروض بنكية باجراءات عملية لها من أجل توفير جو مناسب ومحيط إستثماري ناجح حتى تستطيع هذه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. |
| Description: | Commercial banks are the main engine for the development wheel in all countries’ economies, regardless of their components and orientations, and with the increasing interest in the small and medium enterprises sector, as it is the most effective and efficient solutions on all aspects, especially the economic and social on the one hand, and the failure of the policy of major industrial institutions to achieve the desired goals. The state directs the efforts of commercial banks towards contributing to the development and upgrading of small and medium enterprises by providing the necessary financing by granting bank loans with practical measures for them in order to provide an appropriate atmosphere and a successful investment environment so that these small and medium enterprises can contribute to achieving sustainable development. |
