| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية والاحتراق النفسي لدى عمال بلدية تيارت وكذلك ما إذا كانت هناك علاقة بين كل بعد من أبعاد العدالة التنظيمية (التوزيعية الإجرائية التعاملية التقييمية) ومعرفة مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى العمال .طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية شملت 60 عامل باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتلاءم مع دراستنا كما تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان ومقياس ماسلاش وللتأكد من الصدق والثبات تم معالجة البيانات عن طريق الأساليب الإحصائية بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : - توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين العدالة التنظيمية والاحتراق النفسي لدى عمال بلدية تيارت . - توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين العدالة التوزيعية والاحتراق النفسي لدى عمال بلدية تيارت . - لا توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين العدالة الإجرائية والاحتراق النفسي لدى عمال بلدية تيارت. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين العدالة التعاملية والاحتراق النفسي لدى عمال بلدية تيارت . - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين العدالة التقييمية والاحتراق النفسي لدى عمال بلدية تيارت . مستوى الاحتراق النفسي منخفض لدى عمال بلدية تيارت |
| Description: | and psychological burning among Tiaret municipal workers as well as whether there is a relationship between each dimension of organizational justice. The study was applied to a random sample of 60 workers using the analytical descriptive curriculum suited to our study. The questionnaire and the Maslash scale were also used to ensure honesty and consistency. The data were processed through statistical methods based on the SPSS programme. The following results have been reached: There is a correlation between organizational justice and psychological burning among Tiaret municipal workers. There is a correlation between distributive justice and psychological burning among Tiaret municipal workers. There is no correlation between procedural justice and psychological combustion among Tiaret municipal workers. There is a correlation between transactional justice and psychological combustion among Tiaret municipal workers. There is a correlation between evaluative justice and psychological burning among Tiaret municipal workers. The level of psychological combustion is low among Tiaret municipal workers. |
