| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين الدعم الاجتماعي بأبعاده (البعد المادي، البعد العاطفي ) والإجهاد في العمل. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي. تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة للتحقق من الفرضيات، حيث طبق على عينة مكونة من 72 موظفا إداريا بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ابن خلدون بتيارت. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه: توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية ضعيفة بين الدعم الاجتماعي والإجهاد في العمل. توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الدعم المادي والإجهاد في العمل. لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الدعم العاطفي والإجهاد في العمل. |
| Description: | This study focus on the knowledge of social support and it’s dimensions physical and emotions and stress at work, to realise this study it was based on the descriptive method in this study we used questionnqire as in method to inspect the hypotheses we collect 72 of participants which are administrative employee in the university of ibn khaldoun, faculty of social sciences in tiaret. the findings of this data we have a weak relationship between social support and stress , there is a correlatiom between civic support and stress. There isn’t relation between emotional support and stress at work. |
