| Abstract: | لقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتلقي الضوء على موضوع دور النوافذ الإسلامية في البنوك التقليدية في توطين النشاط المصرفي الإسلامي، ولقد اعتمدنا البنك الوطني الجزائري بموذجا، وكذلك للبحث في هذه الدراسة على مفهوم النوافذ الإسلامية وطريقة عملها وكذلك الوقوف على العراقيل والتحديات التي تقف دون تحول لهذه البنوك لتقديم خدمات مصرفية. وللإجابة على هذا الإشكال جاءت خطة بحث تنقسم إلى ثلاث فصول، تحدث الفصل الأول على ماهية النوافذ الإسلامية والبنوك التقليدية ونشأتها وتحدث الفصل الثاني عن ماهية نشاط المصرفي الإسلامي وذلك بتحول البنوك التقليدية لنشاط مصرفي إسلامي. ولقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة أن عملية فتح النوافذ الإسلامية في البنوك التقليدية خطوة إيجابية لتشجيع انتشار الصيرفة الإسلامية في الجزائر، وأن هنالك شريحة كبيرة من مجتمع تجنب التعاملات البنكية الإسلامية، إلا أن آليات النوافذ الإسلامية ناجحة ومشجعة للوصول إلى نظام مصرفي إسلامي. |
| Description: | This study came to shed light on the issue of the role of Islamic windows in traditional banks in the localization of Islamic banking activity. Banking Services To answer this problem came a research plan divided into three chapters, the first chapter talks about the nature of Islamic windows and traditional banks and their origins, and the second chapter talks about the nature of Islamic banking activity by transforming traditional banks into an Islamic banking activity. The results of the study summarized that the process of opening Islamic windows in traditional banks is a positive step to encourage the spread of Islamic banking in Algeria, and that there is a large segment of the community that avoids Islamic banking transactions, but the mechanisms of Islamic windows are successful and encouraging to reach an Islamic banking system. |
