| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد راسة إلى معرفة علاقة التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي بالارجاعیة لدى المرأة العاملة من خلال الكشف عن مستوى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدیها، ووجود علاقة بین الارجاعیة والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى العینة المدروسة، حسب الحالة الاجتماعیة ووجود الأبناء. وقد كانت عینة الد راسة عددها 45 ا مرأة عاملة في ثلاثة قطاعات تم اختیارهن بطریقة قصدیة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي السببي المقارن لمناسبته مع غرض الدراسة، والاستعانة بمقیاسي التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي وكذا الارجاعیة، وتمت معالجة المعلومات المتحصل علیها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي الحزمة الاحصائية و تبين ان هناك : - انخفاض في مستوى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي (الأسري) لدى المرأ ة العاملة. - لا توجد علاقة ارتباطیة بین الارجاعیة والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى المرأة العاملة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في الارجاعیة وفي التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى المرأة العاملة حسب الحالة الاجتماعیة. - توجد فروق إحصائیة في الارجاعیة لدى المرأة العاملة یعزى إلى عامل الأبناء. - لا توجد فروق إحصائیة في التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى المرأة العاملة یعزى إلى عامل الأبناء. |
| Description: | This study aimed to know the psychological and social adjustment and its relationship to the response of the working woman by identifying the low level of psychosocial adjustment for her, and the existence of a relationship between the response and psychosocial adjustment in the studied sample, according to the social status and the presence of children. The study sample consisted of 45 working women in three sectors who were chosen intentionally. The comparative causal descriptive approach was used for its relevance with the purpose of the study, and the two scales of psychosocial compatibility and the measure of reactivity were used, and the information obtained was processed to prove the hypotheses of the study using the statistical program spss, and it was found that there are: A decrease in the level of psychosocial (family) adjustment among working women. - There is no correlation between feedback and psychosocial adjustment among working women. - There are no statistically significant differences in reactivity and psychosocial adjustment among working women, according to social status. - There are statistical differences in the return of working women due to the children's factor. - There are no statistical differences in the psychosocial adjustment of working women due to the children's factor. |
