| Résumé: | حاولنا في دراستنا هذه إلى معرفة دور استراتيجية تكوين الأساتذة في تفعيل العملية الاتصالية داخل الجامعة، ومن بين الأهداف التي سعينا إلى تحقيقها في هذه الدراسة هي معرفة مدى جودة التكوين في الجامعة الجزائرية، وكيف للأستاذ المكَوِّن ان يساهم في تخريج أساتذة متكَوِّنين أكفاء ليكونوا مُكَوِّنين بدورهم باستخدام برامج التكوين، وكيف للتكوين أن يكون لو دور فعّال في ضمان استمرارية العملية الاتصالية داخل الجامعة، وكيف يؤثر معف التكوين على العملية الاتصالية سلبا . وتناولت الدراسة الإطار المفاهيمي للمتغيرين وما يتعلق بهما ، وتم تجميع المادة العلمية والدراسات السابقة التي تساعد للتطرق إليهما بشكل مفصل وشامل على مدى الفصلين الثاني والثالث . ثم في المعالجة الميدانية للدراسة التي كان إطارها المكاني جامعة ابن خلدون تيارت ، اتبعنا الإجراءات المنهجية اللازمة واستخدمنا أداة الاستمارة المعتمدة ميدانيا، وفق المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي لعينة من الأساتذة بلغ عددهم 42 أستاذا، وقد قسمت الاستمارة إلى محورين، محور لكل فرضية .قمنا بتجميع البيانات المتحصل عليها وتفريغها في جداول إحصائية مل التعليق على كل جدول ، ثم بعدها قمنا بتحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها لكل فرضية وقد تبيّن صدق الفرضية . |
| Description: | In this study, we tried to know the role of the teacher training strategy in activating the communicative process within the university. Training programs, and how training can have an effective role in ensuring the continuity of the communicative process within the university, and how weak training affects the communicative process negatively. The study dealt with the conceptual framework of the two variables and what is related to them, and the scientific material and previous studies that help us to address them in detail and comprehensively over the second and third chapters were compiled. Then in the field treatment of the study, whose spatial framework was Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret, we followed the necessary methodological procedures and used the field-approved questionnaire tool, according to the descriptive statistical method for a sample of 42 professors, and the questionnaire was divided into two axes, one for each hypothesis. We collected the obtained data and unpacked them into statistical tables with a comment on each table, and then we analyzed the results obtained for each hypothesis, and the validity of the hypotheses was found. |
