| Abstract: | يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة مساهمة الحوكمة في الجهازالمصرفي لتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للبنوك الجزائرية،وذلك من خلال التطرق للمفاهيم الخاصة بالحوكمة المصرفية والقدرة التنافسية للبنوك و طبيعة العلاقة بينهما حيث أظهرت النتائج المتوصل إليها أن تطبيق الحوكمة المصرفية في البنوك ضرورة حتمية حتى تستطيع منافسة باقي البنوك وتحافظ على استمراريتها ومكانتها، فالحوكمة بمثابة الأداة التي تضمن كفاءة إدارة البنوك في استغلالها لمواردها ودراستها للمخاطر وهو مايعتبر كمؤشر عن تحقيق البنوك لأهدافها بالدرجة الأولى و تعزيزها لقدرتها التنافسية. |
| Description: | This research aims to study the contribution of governance in the banking system to enhance the competitiveness of Algerian banks, by addressing the concepts of banking governance and competitiveness of banks and the nature of the relationship between them. Banks are an imperative in order to be able to compete with the rest of the banks and maintain their continuity and position. Governance is a tool that ensures the efficiency of banks’ management in exploiting their resources and studying risks, which is considered as an indicator of banks achieving their objectives in the first place and enhancing their competitiveness. |
