| Abstract: | يهدف بحثنا هذا الى دراسة دور صناديق الثروة السيادية في اقتصاديات الدول النفطية وركزنا في بحثنا على حالة الجزائر . وقد توصلنا الى أن صناديق الثروة السيادية عبارة عن أدوات مالية مستحدثة ومدارة بطريقة مباشرة أو غیر مباشرة من قبل الحكومة لأغراض إستثمارية أو إدخارية ،وهي جد مهمة في إقتصاديات الدول خاصة منها النفطية . ويعتبر انجاز صندوق ضبط الموارد في الجزائر خطوة ایجابية يمكن الإستفادة منها لدعم إستقرار الإقتصاد الوطني. |
| Description: | Studying the role of sovereign wealth funds. In our research, we focused on the case of Algeria . We have come up with innovative and direct financial funds directly from the government. For investment or savings purposes, which are very important in the economies of the respective countries, for commercial purposes. The achievement of the Resource Control Fund in Algeria is a positive step that can be used to support the stability of the national economy. |
