Résumé:	تناولت الدراسة موضوع عقود البوت وعلاقته بتطوير البنية التحتية للتجارة الخارجية ، وهدفت إلى تسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين حجم التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر ومدى توفر بنية تحتية أساسية وكيفية النهوض بها ،بالإضافة إلى مدى مساهمة عقود البوت في حل مشكلة تمويل انجاز البنى التحتية اللازمة لتطوير التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر. توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة توجه الجزائر إلى انشاء بنى تحتية أساسية م أجل النهوض بتجارتها الخارجية وذلك بالاعتماد على عقود البوت لما لها م أهمية بالغة في رفع العبء ع الحكومة في تمويل وإنجاز تلك المشاريع.
Description:	The study dealt with the concept of BOT contracts and its relationship with the development of the infrastructure of foreign trade. The study aimed to shed light on the relationship between the volume of foreign trade in Algeria and the realty of its basic infrastructure and how to promote it, in addition to the contribution of BOT contracts in solving the problem of financing the necessary infrastructure for the development of foreign trade in Algeria. The study concluded that Algeria should move towards the establishment of basic infrastructure in order to promote its foreign trade, by relying on BOT contracts and because of their great importance in reducing the burden on the government in financing and implementing these projects
