| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن دور التدريب في تأهيل وتنمية الموارد البشرية بمؤسسة نفطال الشركة الوطنية لتسويق وتوزيع المواد البتًرولية بولاية تيارت، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموظفين بنفطال والبالغ عددهم 40 موظفا وموظفة، حيث إستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى منهج دراسة الحالة للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مقدارها 30 = n موظفا وموظفة. بنسبة 75 % من مجتمع الدراسة، وتم جمع المعلومات بإستخدام الاستبانة، وتم معالجتها بواسطة برنامج SPSS للتأكد من صحة الفرضيات وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى ان التدريب يمثل استثمارا مربحا للمؤسسة في رأس مالها البشري باعتباره يكسبها المعارف والمهارات التي تعمل على تنمية وتحسين أدائها الحالي والمستقبلي، فهو بذلك يمثل الوسيلة الأكثر فعالية واستعمالا من طرف المؤسسة لتطوير وتنمية مواردها البشرية. |
| Description: | The study aimed to reveal the role of training in the rehabilitation and development of human resources Inside the Naftal Corporation, the National Company for Marketing and Distribution of Petroleum Products in the Wilayat of Tiaret، Where the study population consisted of all employees in Naftal, which numbered (40) male and female employees، Where we used the descriptive analytical method in addition to the case study method to reach the results of the study The study was applied to a random sample of (30) = n male and female employees By (75%) of the study population،and The information was collected using a questionnaire،and It was processed by the SPSS program to verify the validity of the hypotheses. Finally, the study concluded that training is a profitable investment for company in its human capital، Where she can gain skills and knowledge Which is working to develop and improve its current and future performance، It thus represents the most effective means used by the institution to develop and develop its human resources |
