| Abstract: | بالنظر إلى الدور الرئيسي الذي أصبحت تلعبو المؤسسات الناشئة في الاقتصاديات المعاصرة، وبسبب ىشاشة هذه المؤسسات أما مواجهة المنافسة الدولية الحادة ، عمدت الحكومات إلى توفير عدد من آليات الدعم، ولعل من أبرز هذه الآليات حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية، وتقوم هذه الأخيرة بتقديم التسهيلات والمساعدات اللازمة لإنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة، خصوصا القائمة على المبادرات التكنولوجية الجديدة، إلى أن تصبح قادرة على الاستمرار والمنافسة في المحيط الخارجي، والهدف من هذا البحث هو إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه الحاضنات من خلال مساهمتها في تعزيز مستوى الإبداع والابتكار وكذا تفعيل العلاقة بين مراكز البحث والمؤسسات الناشئة من خلال تحويل تلك الأفكار إلى مشاريع ناجحة توجه الاقتصاد الوطني إلى مواكبة التطورات الاقتصادية العالمية. |
| Description: | Given the main role that Start-ups have become in contemporary economies, and because of the fragility of these institutions in the face of intense international competition, governments have provided a number of support mechanisms, and perhaps the most prominent of these mechanisms is the incubators of technological business, and the latter provides the facilities and assistance necessary to create Startup, especially those based on new technology initiatives, until they are able to continue and compete in the external environment. The aim of this research is to highlight the role that technological incubators play through their contribution to enhancing the level of creativity as well as activating the relationship between research centers and Start-ups by transforming these ideas into successful projects that direct the national economy to keep pace with global economic developments . |
