| Abstract: | تهدف دراستنا إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر التكوين المتواصل في تنمية الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة، واعتمدنا في جمع المعلومات على الاستبيان وحللنا دراستنا باستعمال (الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS ) لتحليل ومعالجة المعطيات واختبار الفرضيات، حيث توصلنا إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباط بين التكوين المتواصل وتنمية الموارد البشرية ووجود أثر إيجابي بالمؤسسة وذلك من خلال دور التكوين المتواصل الذي يحققه في تنمية وتدريب وتطوير مهارات الموارد البشرية. |
| Description: | Our study aims to shed light on the impact of continuing education on the development of human resources in the organization, and we relied in collecting information on the questionnaire and analyzed our study using the (SPSS: Statistical Package for Social Sciences) to analyze and process data and test hypotheses, where we concluded that there is a correlation between the continuing education and the development of human resources and the presence of a positive impact on the institution, through the role of continuous education that it achieves in the development and training of human resource skills. |
